time goes so quickly

make your moments count
Bless you for stopping by today, I always appreciate your visits. I have decided to take a summer break from blogging as my oldest daughter will be leaving for college in 6 weeks and I want to spend a lot more time away from my computer. Time flies………don’t let it pass you by.
See you in September……..
Hello wonderful humans, I hope today is treating you well.
My question for you this week is a simple one. Although I try to keep things upbeat, I have learned that one of the ways to heal to the best of our ability is to accept the present situation and go from there.
So, my question for you today is, If you were given the chance to do ONE THING that you are no longer are able to do, what would it be, and have you found a suitable replacement?
Just like in a fairytale, a genie pops out of a bottle and you are instantly granted three wishes………..what would they be?
- The rules: you can’t ask for more wishes, and you can’t ask anything for yourself.
~ May you experience and display kindness and compassion today.
Thinking about regrets, it is my guess that every person on this Earth could verbalize at least one thing they wished they had or had not done. It is also my belief that having regrets in life is just part of being human. We live, we learn, and if we never had a regret then I am not sure we would be truly living and/or learning. We make the very best decision we can at the time and hope and pray for the best.
Now we know we can’t go back to re-create our past, but we can think about our future selves. So my question for you today is, “What is something you will regret if you do not complete/accomplish/do in your lifetime?”
~ Thank you so very much for taking the time to visit and comment. Your presence here is a blessing to me and so many others.
I know for many of us, how we can spend our perfect day may have changed over the years. Even if the activities that we can participate in have changed, we can still enjoy OUR lives to the fullest, especially when we are having a good day! So my friends, my question for you this week is, “Describe how you would spend your perfect day?”
~ Thank you for taking the time to stop by and comment. I hope today is treating you well.
Hello wonderful human beings.
My question for you today is a simple one. Although I try to keep things upbeat, I have learned through a lot of trial and error that in order for me to heal to the best of my ability, I must first accept my present situation and go from there. So, my question for you today is, “What has been the most difficult thing for you to accept on your chronic journey?”
~ Thank you for stopping by to visit and your willingness to share part of your journey.
Wishing all of you who care for others a very blessed Mothers’ Day Weekend.
In the spirit of caring for others, my question for you today is, “Since becoming chronically ill, what is one of the greatest acts of kindness you have been shown?”
~ Thank you very much for taking time to stop by and comment. I deeply appreciate the sharing of ideas that takes place among this communtiy and your interactions are such a joy to participate in.
May today be kind to you. ~
Today’s question is short and sweet, “What is one thing that you have learned about yourself since you have become chronically ill?”
~ Thank you very much for stopping by, reading, and leaving a comment. Please know that sharing a small part of your world means a lot to me and others who read your reflections.
Change, such a small word with so many connotations, and a word that those of us with chronic illness can relate to on many levels. Yes, change is a part of life no matter who you are, and lately all of us have been going through at least some minimal changes in our daily lives.
My question for you this week is, “What is one way that your life has changed since the pandemic started and has this change had a positive or negative impact on your living situation?”
~ Thank you so very much for taking the time to stop by and and respond to this week’s question. Please know that I am praying for all of you and I wish the very best for each and every one of you.
