Hmmmm …… I’d have to say it’s a toss between my stereo systems and my laptop to be here at WP. I love listening to music and with several really good sound systems in our home, (study, upstairs, living room) it’s wonderful to have music to be a part of each day. As for my laptop, that allows me to share what I love to do and to talk to so many friends around the world. SMILE!! xo

My Kindle Fire Tablet is a wonderful tool. It’s easy for me to carry, to go online, check my email, check the news, the weather, and my WordPress blog reader. I do my online shopping and post my blogs on my Kindle Fire.
I am writing a memoir. I write in the Notepad app that’s on my Kindle tablet, then email what I have written to myself. Later, I download my writings into the word processor program on my laptop. I have found that it’s much easier for me to do my initial first draft writing on my tablet, because it is light enough that even with my painful neck injury, I can carry my tablet around and write the really hard stuff, while pacing the house. I find that pacing helps!

I left a comment last night, but now it isn’t here. I will try again, in case it was just a computer glitch.
My Kindle Fire tablet is a wonderful tool. It’s easy for me to carry, to go online, check my email, check the news, the weather, and my WordPress blog reader. I do my online shopping and post my blogs on my Kindle Fire tablet, as well.
I am writing a memoir. Everyday I write in the Notepad app that’s on my Kindle, then I email what I have written to myself. I find that it’s a lot easier for me to do my initial first draft writing on the tablet, because I can carry my tablet around and write the really hard stuff while pacing the house. When the writing gets hard, pacing definitely helps!
Last but not least, I read books on my Kindle tablet. I have been an avid reader since the second grade, always with a book close at hand. My Kindle is so much easier for my arthritic hands to hold than a “real” book, and ebooks are typically a lot cheaper to buy than hardback or even paperback books. I have hundreds of books waiting to be read on my Kindle, a small library’s worth. So many books, so little time.
I never want to be without my Kindle Fire tablet.

My pleasure! I find it easier to use my phone for writing. My schedule only allows me about 4 & half to sleep. Driving as Independant contractor in the day, working part in the evening; to help supplement our income. Another couple of years, I should be able to stop working in the evenings. Usual, I don’t make it home between. One of the bright side with COVID, getting to make it back home for about 90 minutes. My wife is home all day, and I’m extremely grateful for the extra time with her. Everything I do, working, writing, reading, commenting; all done between 8am, and 1230am. Why last year, I stopped blogging on the weekends. I needed, to put some more of the focus back on her, and our time together. Time management, God has given the blessings, to be able to master it! I He has been grooming my heart and soul, to love and thrive in it all. When he calls a heart to share His love, He equips it with His Amazing grace! God bless!

I think it goes without saying that the cellphone is at the top for most of us, but I have to give incredible thanks and praise to God for headphones. It’s already hard enough to find privacy, to be undistracted, to not disturb others… but it is so much harder during these times of having to stay in. God blesses me so much just to be able to listen to His hymns, His sermons, church services, and even videos of friends with blogs or just something to share.
Praying you are having a safe and blessed day, Wendi!
