Don’t allow your body to physically trap your mind
Your body may hold you back at times but that does not mean your mind must stay in the cage
Allow your thoughts to go free
Free to soar above the pain, confusion, and fear
Free to see yourself from an unanchored perspective
Where the beauty is abundant
Such a lovely and positive piece.

thank you so very much for the encouragement Kate, and letting me know this is not a quick fix. Too often I think, we want a quick fix and when it doesn’t happen we just give up………Bless you my dear for being a light to so many.

that’s why pharma companies make billions, we expect a quick fix from a pill when actually a better diet, a bit more exercise and some meditation are longer term but may also be a cure!

I LOVE this! I have an anxiety disorder, minor but enough to through me into an, ‘I am going to die in two minutes’-panic attack!!! I use visualization a lot to calm the heck down. I truly feel free when I can escape to my ‘place where all is right with the world.’ You captured this so eloquently, Wendi! Just perfect.💜

As my friend the nun says “God is in this mess!” Not that God caused it, but that He is right here with us. Always. Always. The light in the darkness giving us beauty no matter how terrible our bodies are feeling.

I’m missing my acupuncture if I’m honest. But we are both well in health and spirits. Age and too much weeding lately has taken it out of us. But we are more than lucky in just having a garden to weed 😉💓🌱🌱🌱 😁
