music makes the past seem real,

the future look brighter,

and the present appear less hopeless…

      • I agree Wendi. My therapist once mentioned, ‘have you noticed your mood reflects what music you hear?’ Ahem! I’d never bothered to notice but she’s right! I don’t have ‘time’ to keep up with music on a daily, so I wouldn’t have a clue what’s trending or not, not to mention loud noise gives me a pounding headache, but when i do get a chance at listening to something, it truly is a reflection of what’s going on, on the inside.

Also, I’ve nominated you for the ‘Blogger Recognition Award’ 🙂

  1. I am a lover of music! I have to have my earbuds in all day at work as it gives me comfort. I tend to find so much meaning in the lyrics and then find myself completely lost in the song.I feel that music gets me through difficult times because there are some songs that I can relate to and then carry that with me. That might sound a little crazy!

  2. Hell Wendi Music is food for the soul which allows us to grow within our inner beings. For each mood we are in there are songs to help us through those times good or bad. Glad to see you are alright Wendi. God bless you my friend in all ways to help you be alright. All my love and prayers coming your way Wendi XOXOXO

  3. Well stated. Music lifts us up and puts a long in our hearts. I’m confident God provides music to ease the mind and provide relief from the stress of life, provided we don’t distort it and allow it to become counter-productive.
