“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” — Dave Ramsey, financial radio host and best-selling author.
Everyone can benefit from budgeting his/her money, but having a chronic illness makes your financial life more complicated…….every dollar ( at least in my situation ) must be stretched in order to be able pay all the medical bills and their bill friends that come along for the ride!
Below are links to free budgeting apps, each a little different, so you should be able to find one that fits your specific needs.
“Beware of little expenses: a small leak can sink a great ship.” — Benjamin Franklin, one of the Founding Fathers, inventor, diplomat, and the author of The Way to Wealth

Yeah, Dave is my favourite. I have EveryDollar, and mint. Lovely post!

It’s hard yes. My husband lost his job years before I broke…..so I feel like money’s always been a struggle. But I’ve learned to hand it over to God and not worry about our finances because then my TBI symptoms get worse. Xoxo

so are so correct Vivian…….stress makes every single symptom so much worse, and who in the heck wants to feel more bad! handing it over to God is a great way to deal with it.

I like Dave Ramsey’s quote, and those really are words to live by! I don’t use the apps because I’m so tactile – I just need to write out those numbers each month – but I love it that there are so many to choose from for people who do use them. Thanks for sharing some great information Wendi!
